• Approximately, since 23 years he is working in the automotive sector as the top management player and directly manage the steering-wheel of the supplier companies with passionately. So, for the design, the production and the launching actions of the car hinges, the rubber & rubber-metal parts, in the trunk side covers and floor carpets, interm sound insulaters and deadeners, PU steering-wheels, sheet metal pars, bonnet felt-insulaters, lugguage carpets, rubber suspension bushings he had gone to France, Italy, Germany, England and Iran, many times. And at the same time, the mould and production & control fixtures design of the sheet steel, the rubber vulcanization, foam moulding, PU forming, carpet forming, foam-carpet cutting etc. had been made by him. Thus, in these periods nearly 250 employments had been managed with positive effectively by him... Finally, he had serviced as chief, manager and vice general manager while he had worked in the automotive sector... He was working as Quality Manager in Ermaksan A.S. which is sheet metal working machine manufacturing company and it has got 1,400 employees... And also now, he is working for www.abckalite.com company as Lead Auditor and Tutor.


• Furthermore; he is Approved Tutor by SMEDO and IRCA registered Lead Auditor for the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO22000:2005 and ISO27001:2005 . He is Lead Assessor of CE-Marking Certification and also Lead Auditor of TURQUM Certifications by CAEU (OAIB). And internal auditor for ISO/TS 16949:2009... So, he is giving training + auditing services as like "surveillance inspector" for launching of the quality management systems and controling and to sustain.


• Quality, Environment, Occupational and Workers Health notions are not only in the automotive sector that they are main application targets in business and social life phases. This approach is the top goal for him.

• Quality Management Systems which they are ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO27001 and TACK TIME, KAIZEN + QUICK KAIZEN applications and 7+3 MUDA's, " 6 ZERO APPROACH ", 5 WHY METHOD, OTED, SMED, 5S+1S, TPM, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA as like core specific subject educations and workshop studies are launched by him. And also, value - process engineering actions are processed by him with effectively in the workshops. So, these are the positive gains for the counseling taking companies... Other hand, many years he worked as Q1 Responsible in automotive sector.


• In 09 April 1965, he was born in Balbunlar / Kubrat Bulgaria. However, reason of his family immigrated to Bursa, he finished firstly Setbasi Primary School, Dortcelik Middle School, then Bursa Erkek High School in 1981 and finally Uludag University Balikesir Mechanical Engineering Faculty in 1989.


• He is married and got two children and his wife is a Primary School Teacher.


• Upper level English Language is known and also beginner levels of Italian & German languages have been being known by him.


• He is interested with computers very much closely. Visual Basic, C ++ languages and HTML, Javascript web-languages are known by him. Also all Microsoft softwares, UG NX, AutoCAD, Ansys and as like CAD & CAM & CFD & FEA softwares have been being used by him as mostly professionally. Additionally, computer hardware is extra hobby for him and he makes all upgrade works by himself. Other one, virus softwares are following with privately by him...


• In 1990/1991, he finished his military service as 213.period Infantry Second-Lieutenant Commando.


• He is member of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers of Bursa Branch and Chairman of the Quality Committee .


• A TUBITAK /The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey/ www.tubitak.gov.tr/ BSTM R&D Project had been managed + organized by him with successfully in 2002-2003 and the project budget was approx. 800,000.-USD


• He had joined as a speaker to " The Symposium of The Security in The Traffic and The Modern Applications " and his bulletin was published at 145pp. (1993) (At MMO Publications)
